Storage & serving
Pecan and pumpkin have egg custard fillings, so keep them in the fridge (up to 4 days) and take them out an hour before serving. Serve them at room temperature. In the fridge, cover any pie with plastic wrap, and once it’s cut, press the wrap against the cut edges so the filling doesn’t dry out. Apple keeps 2 days at room temperature or 5 in the fridge, and is best warm: heat your pie at 170°C for 10–15 minutes to crisp the crust. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and never skip the ice cream with apple. Cookies stay at room temperature.
Allergens
Everything is made with butter, wheat and eggs, so there are no parve versions. The pecan pie and the white chocolate macadamia cookies contain nuts, and all baking happens in a home kitchen that uses nuts.
